TRAINING POLICY

1. Registration

Registering for our technical training programmes is possible via the norelem ACADEMY training centre. In order to complete your registration, a one-time free registration is required in advance.

2. Training locations

The technical training programmes offered in the norelem ACADEMY training centre take place at the company on site. In exceptional cases, other locations may be agreed.

3. Participation fee

Participation fees are due for payment seven days after receipt of the invoice.

Temporary participation only in a training course does not entitle the participant to a reduction in the participation fee.

Unless otherwise stated, the participation fees include: Training documents and a certificate of participation.

In the event of cancellation up to three weeks before the start of the training programme, the participation fee will be waived.

In the event of cancellation between the 20th and 7th day before the start of the training programme, 50% of the training fee will be charged. Once this period has expired, the entire participation fee becomes due.

If the above deadlines are met, the participation fees will be refunded accordingly.

All prices are exclusive of VAT.

4. Cancellation of / changes to the technical training programme

The norelem ACADEMY reserves the right to cancel the technical training programme for important and unforeseeable reasons. We reserve the right to change the instructors and the training schedule as necessary.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel up to three weeks before the start of the training programme free of charge. For further modalities, please see Point 3 “Participation fees”.

6. Certificate of participation

After completing the technical training programme, all participants will receive a certificate.

7. Personal profile

Inactive and user profiles that remain unused can be deleted by the norelem ACADEMY four months after the last instance of use. A free new registration is possible at any time.

8. Scope of use

The reproduction and/or use of the contents by third-parties is not permitted. It is also not permitted to pass on login and password data to third-parties.

Should these provisions not be observed, norelem Normelemente GmbH & Co. KG reserves the right to pursue legal action.

It is the customer’s responsibility to procure additional software required for the use of the training centre in the appropriate version (at their own expense) and to install it in good time.
