Learning in competition

WorldSkills – a funding initiative for professional skills competitions. An opportunity for young trainees to compete in national and international competitions in their respective fields. The idea behind “learning in competition” is as ingenious as it is simple: it not only encourages top performance, but also pushes young trainees to become better, more creative and more resilient, something that not only the participants but the company as a whole can benefit from. Above all, they enjoy their profession and can be proud to master its challenges and present their craft so well. In addition, WorldSkills provides its own (federal) vocational centres where training and courses are held.

We would like to support this didactic concept within the framework of our norelem ACADEMY. This is because we also believe that it optimally prepares tomorrow’s professionals for the challenges that await. After all, it is not only at the numerous WorldSkills championships that you are able to prove yourself time and again, but also in your later professional life. However, this also goes hand-in-hand with constant professional development and education, as well as taking on new challenges and areas of responsibility.
